Housing Partnership Opportunity Assessment
ACOs and CPs that are interested in developing or expanding their partnerships to create more housing opportunities for their members can learn the basics of affordable housing resources and receive a customized assessment of related partnership opportunities with affordable housing entities based on the specific needs of its members and their housing-related needs. This will allow ACOs or CPs to consider pursuing such partnerships in order to better address the housing needs of its members, and to consider mutually beneficial goals and strategies to support their development. Optional coaching/facilitation support for partnership building with one or more identified housing entities is available for an added cost.
