MassHealth’s Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) Statewide Investments included providing direct technical assistance and shared learning opportunities for Accountable Care Organizations (ACO) and Community Partners (CP). The Integrated Care Planning for Medicaid Members with Complex Needs Learning Collaborative, facilitated by the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS) and the Camden Coalition, supported integrated and inter-organizational care teams at ACOs and CPs engaging in shared care planning to improve care for eligible MassHealth members.
