OUR TA

BCT Partners is a national, multi-disciplinary consulting firm that delivers a full range of research, consulting, training, technology, and analytics services. BCT helps ACOs and CPs make better decisions, improve outcomes, and amplify their impact by providing technical assistance and training that supports their provision of critical services to members, especially those with health-related social needs. Their delivery methods include, but are not limited to, working one-on-one and in groups, developing and distributing hard copy and electronic educational materials and providing meeting planning/conference/webinar support for multiple workshops related to the program.

WHAT MAKES THIS VENDOR UNIQUE

BCT is a minority-owned and operated, Federal 8(a) joint venture, small disadvantaged business and one of the leading firms in the country with expertise in: housing/community/economic/workforce development, children and families, health, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, education, and energy. BCT works collaboratively with ACOs and community-based organizations nationwide to address issues broad ranging from unconscious bias to improving screening rates. BCT engages experienced people with specific industry and technology acumen to deliver optimum value. One way we deliver additional value is through data analytics. BCT merges available sources of data, couples it with cutting edge external sources, and tells you what is critical: what’s working and what’s not and how to be more effective. We remove data silos to empower decision-making and improve outcomes for multiple stakeholders.

A SUCCESSFUL TA EXPERIENCE

BCT worked with a Washington State county public health department to design their collaborative approach to data access, sharing, and use, and coached them in person and through weekly conference calls, to problem-solve the challenges they encountered. The achieved outcomes included: developing a logic model to inform the framework’s development and implementation; applying the framework with each organization; conducting trainings and providing TA to collaborative members on accessing and using the administrative and secondary data needed to inform the strategies; evaluating the implementation and outcomes of the framework in the two communities and refining the framework; and disseminating the framework and lessons learned about its application.
