Business Process Design and Development

Our experienced Business Process team will conduct an Operational Process Assessment of a targeted program or initiative to evaluate the current business processes vs. best practice protocols tailored to your program. Through this process, we will work with your team members and key stakeholders to develop, update, or adapt policies, procedures, workflows and/or tools to operate best-in-class programs, carefully building on existing processes and resources to design the best possible program solutions to meet your specific service needs and priorities.

Example projects include:

  • Designing integrated care coordination roles and functions between MCOs, ACO and primary care practices, tailored to the specific strengths and needs of the practices and with consideration for implications of future primary care capitation arrangements
  • Designing targeted partnership agreement terms and roles between ACOs and CBOs focused on specific SDOH needs of the population served
  • Specifying flex services agreement terms, roles, and business processes between ACOs and partner agencies

Customization is available with respect to which programs the client needs support for and the level of intensity (number of TA hours) an organization requests to support the project. Total requested hours will influence pricing.
