Pay for Performance Improvement “Sprint”
The FY20 Pay for Performance (P4P) and Quality metrics leave little time for delay! Depending on when you’re ready to “sprint,” we have a few months to improve this year, or – if the infrastructure for improvement is not yet built – we have a few months to identify and develop the capabilities we need to hit the ground running and in better shape for next year’s measurable goals. This TA engagement will build off our experience coaching teams on the current set of P4P or quality metrics. We will review what sources of information you have available to you. We will identify the root causes of sub-optimal performance on select metrics, and identify practical, feasible modifications to mitigate those root causes and optimize performance. We will put ideas into action through a regular schedule of implementation coaching, using available operational data to drive improvement. This includes 12 coaching calls over 3 months.
CHS is happy to customize this TA opportunity in any of a variety of ways. This could certainly lend itself to ongoing strategic and technical advisement and performance improvement coaching. We always look to serve at the largest scale possible, and this offering would be great to customize for collaborations with multiple ACOs and/or CPs.
