Care Coordinator Training Engagement
This TA project for Boston Allied Partners delivered training for care coordinators on adult services; services for children; stress management; transitional-aged youth services; and school opening plans and special education. As part of this TA project, UMass Medical School, Commonwealth Medicine developed care coordinator training videos; a training evaluation summary document; and training handout documents to supplement training.
